Maryana Yavdyk is a licensed North Carolina attorney. Ms. Yavdyk's practice encompasses a wide scope of areas of the law, including Personal Injury, Immigration Law, Family Law and Traffic matters. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law.

Fighting for justice has always been Maryana’s greatest passion. Prior to opening her own law practice, Ms. Yavdyk has practiced alongside well established local Personal Injury and Immigration law firms. From the beginning of her career, she has been highly engaged in serving the ones in need. Maryana has assisted refugees and new immigrants through a variety of social programs designed to help them successfully navigate their new lives, and remains utterly dedicated to this mission

In her practice, Maryana takes an approach that “honesty is the best policy.” She is adept to working with people from diverse backgrounds, and strives to achieve the best results through hard work and total commitment to professional excellence. Ms. Yavdyk speaks fluent English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
